Want to get a jump start on your black copper marans flock? You're bidding on a cockerel and two excellent pullets 6-8 weeks old especially chosen from my large flock for their conformation and color. The picture below is of one of our birds but not the birds you will receive. They should begin laying next spring. These birds are of the French or feather-legged variety of marans. These birds are the result of a rigorous breeding and selection program that began with stock assembled from excellent breeders like Bev Davis, Jesse Bryant, and Donna Gehrke.
