Effective 11/1/2001: We will be enforcing the late fee of $2 per invoice that remain unpaid after the due date. After 30 days from the invoice date, $2 will then be added to the invoice. If the account remains past due, the account will be suspended until payment is received. If you have past due invoices, please take care of them before you get charged late fees and/or lose your auction privileges.

We ask that each user pay all invoices together, once or twice a month. Small payments and individual payments result in higher fees paid to Paypal which means that we aren't getting what you are actually paying us. Please help us keep costs down.
Do not use this address to pay for items that you have won. Pay the seller directly in the form that the seller set forth in the listing or in emails.

Credit Request for Auctions with Bidder Backouts
|
|
You may request credit for listings where the bidder has backed out due to no fault of your own.
In order to get a credit for the auction fees incurred on a particular item, submit the following information to credit-request@eggbid.com:
- Item number
- Item title
- Your nickname, ID, and name
- Bidder nickname, ID, and name
- Reason and circumstances involved
- Fee amount that was charged
After you submit your request, please allow time for me to investigate if necessary and to apply credit if necessary. You should always give reasonable time for payment to be made. If you, the seller, are at fault and caused the failure of the transaction, credit will not be given. As always, we do not endorse bidders backing out, but we also understand that you should not have to pay for failed auctions because of a deadbeat bidder. The above information will allow us to track deadbeat bidders and suspend them from using the auction in the future.
Credit will not be given if appropriate feedback is not left.
