4. Know what you are buying.
5. Ask Questions!!!
6. Find out how much shipping will be on items you are buying.
7. Read feedback, write an email, find out who you are dealing with.
8. Know what you are selling!!!
9. Use your auction handle, as well as your real name when emailing.
10. Be understanding, and patient, whether a buyer or seller.
11. Realize that on the other side of that computer screen is a REAL, LIVE PERSON you are dealing with.
12. Get educated about the auction and it's process, and know what is expected of you by buyers, sellers, and eggbid.com.
13. Use the shipping tips, learn how to pack and ship eggs, birds, and other items.

Don't:

1. Forget about your auction!!!
2. Skip steps. Be thorough throughout your transaction.
3. Forget to keep in touch as the shipping/payment portion of your transaction develops.
4. Be Rude.
5. Be impatient.
6. Forget that you "get more flies with honey than with vinegar".
7. Forget that you are part of a community that YOU have decided to join. We're all in this together!!!
8. Ship eggs near the weekend.
9. Ship birds without knowing the laws.

11. Give the post office a hard time about poorly packed or shipped items.
